The agreement also extends R.H. Donnelley Corporation’s (RHD) managed services agreement with Amdocs through 2009, including day-to-day data center operations and ongoing programming support. Implementation of the Amdocs iGen system is targeted for the first half of 2006.

This agreement allows us to further advance our local commercial search and integrated media distribution strategy, as we revamp our business technologies to capture and organize content in a manner that can be delivered efficiently online and offline, said George Bednarz, vice president of Corporate Planning and IT at RHD.

Our mission is to help service providers move toward integrated customer management in order to grow their business profitably, and to deliver an intentional experience to its customers, added Michael Matthews, chief marketing officer at Amdocs. Building on our successful track record of working together with RHD, we are pleased to extend our agreement.
