Intel Corp rival Advanced Micro Devices Inc has scored another customer win, having signed a distribution agreement with distributor Supercom Inc. Effective immediately, Supercom will offer AMD-K6 processors to its customer base. The company markets a variety of computer systems, add-on boards and peripherals to the reseller market. The announcement of the deal comes less than two weeks after AMD bagged Packard Bell NEC as a customer, giving the company access to all of the top five OEMs in the retail sector.
