AMD EYES CHINESE PC CHIP MARKET

Advanced Micro Devices Inc, based in Sunnyvale, California says it has set its eye on more than 30% of the Chinese personal computer processor market over the next few years. It reckons it had a 25% share of China’s personal computer chip market last year, when some 2 million to 3 million machines were sold in China.
