Amkly Systems Inc of Irvine, California has introduced a family of three high-performance desktop personal computers, the Amkly 386/25E, 386/33E and 486/25E: EISA bus-based, the three systems run under MS-DOS and have a modular architecture, upgradable central processing unit, and flash read only memory secondary store; the systems’ memory can be expanded up to 16Mb without an expansion slot, and with the addition of an expansion board, total system memory increases to 112Mb; standard features include 1024 by 768 super VGA graphics, six full-size expansion slots, two serial and one parallel interfaces.
