Altus Finance SA has taken control of unsettled Concept SA, the big French computer services company: Altus already held 30%, and has now taken its stake to 50.1% via a tender offer and by subscribing to an increase in capital, and Altus nominee Eric Blot Lefevre ousts Olivier Spire as president; Spire and the other founders still have 35%.
