Software-based Unified Communications provider AltiGen Communications has partnered with Callvine to offer high-definition audio conferencing on the iPhone when using the iFusion SmartStation with Callvine’s HD Voice Conferencing iPhone application.
Callvine CEO Rudy Prince said the company provides high-definition audio conferencing on the iPhone and its free app and service, complementing to the iFusion SmartStation.
"With Callvine, the iFusion delivers superior HD sound quality for conferencing using its comfortable handset or its convenient speakerphone. We see the iFusion as a great fit for many of our business users that rely on the iPhone for conference calls," said Prince.
The iFusion SmartStation is a multi-function iPhone docking station that pairs the iPhone with the iFusions’ handset or business-grade speakerphone via built-in Bluetooth.
It also charges the iPhone, offers streaming music playback (A2DP), an audio jack for external speakers and USB pass through for syncing to a Mac or PC.
iFusion is compatible with the iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S, it also integrates with a variety of audio applications such as Callvine.
