ALR CLAIMS FIRST $1,000 80486 PC

Irvine, California-based Advanced Logic Research Inc reckons that its new ALR PowerFlex Flyer 4SX/20 is the first 80486-based personal computer for $1,000: the price includes 20MHz 80486SX CPU, built-in Super VGA controller, two serial ports, one parallel port, and IBM Corp PS/2-compatible mouse port.
