Document management software specialist Alpharel Inc, Camarillo, California wants to put itself up for sale: the company says it has been identifying and contacting other parties about opportunities for a corporate strategic relationship or merger with Alpharel or the acquisition of Alpharel. Although these activities are being pursued, the company says it has not received any serious indication of interest from any of the parties contacted to date, and there can be no assurance that the feelers it is putting out will lead to an agreement.
