ALPHA TELECOM AND ISDNET MERGE

Alpha Telecom Inc, a US subsidiary of Taiwan conglomerate, Panvest Group has merged with ISDNet Inc in a bid to offer a complete range of ISDN-based local and wide area network products for the small, home, remote and branch office equipment markets. ISDNet will now be known as the Networking Division of ATI USA, based in Santa Clara, California. As part of the agreement ATI in Taiwan will carry out joint development work with Furukawa Electronic Co, one of ISDNet’s parent companies.
