Burlington, Massachusetts-based Alpha Software Corp has a pact with Capital Cities/ABC Inc: Capital Cities Capital will provide Alpha Software with large-scale advertising exposure on all its television and radio stations and in its newspapers and trade publications and will become a minority shareholder in Alpha Software; the agreement will enable Alpha Software to increase its strength in the distribution and retail channels.
