ALPHA MICRO TO BUY REXON

After questing for years, Alpha Microsystems Inc, San Diego at last seems to have found a firm acquisition: it has definitively agreed to pay $2.5m for the Rexon Business Machines Corp arm of Rexon Inc; the unit makes iAPX-86 multi-user CPUs that run its own operating system.
