With the relaxing of the export curbs, Littleton, Massachusetts-based Alliant Computer Systems Inc has sold its first parallel minisupercomputer to an Eastern European nation, installing one of its FX machines at the University of Budapest, Hungary for mathematical computation and scientific research.
