According to the Wall Street Journal, Alliance Research Corp, location unknown, has come up with Telecar, to be available this summer, which connects a car phone to the vehicle’s audio system and provides hands-free surround-sound for phone conversations – and an on-board computer and cellphone-satellite link directs him to the nearest service station or restaurant and will even dial up the number.
