Digital Equipment Corp has filed a lawsuit for patent infringement against Anaheim, California-based Micro Technology Inc alleging that the company is willfully infringing four patents relating to DEC’s proprietary Standard Disk Interconnect and Standard Tape Interconnect link and control technologies; DEC says Micro Technology had rejected its requests that it stop manufacturing the allegedly infringing products.
