ALL CLAIMS IN THE APPLE COMPUTER 1984 LAW SUIT DISMISSED

Summary judgement dismissing all remaining claims in the 1984 shareholder class action suit against Apple Computer Inc has been granted by the US District Court for Northern of California: the suit involved allegations that Apple violated federal securities laws by failing to disclose material information regarding the Lisa computer and related Apple products between November 1982 and September 1983.
