Miami-based All American Semiconductor Inc is to acquire substantially all the assets of Philadelphia distributor GCI Corp for about $1.2m, 60% at closing, the balance a combination of a note and stock options, and will assume all disclosed liabilities of some $2m; it sees GCI adding about $8m to its turnover next year; All American Semiconductor did $67.5m in 1993.
