ALDUS TO BUY AFTER HOURS SOFTWARE

Aldus Corp signed a letter of intent to acquire After Hours Software Inc, a privately held 33-employee Los Angeles developer of personal information management products – TouchBase, Datebook – for Apple Computer Inc’s Macintosh. Terms were not disclosed.
