Alcatel NV has established a training centre at the building of Telecommunications University in St Petersburg and installed several PABXs: courses began in October; as well as the main office in St Petersburg, Alcatel-BSR now has offices in six Russian cities as well as in Baku, Azerbaijan, and in Kiev, Ukraine.
