Alcatel-Lucent and Telstra have signed a new partnership agreement, establishing Telstra as an Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business partner.

Under the terms of the agreement, Telstra’s enterprise and government customers will have access to Alcatel-Lucent’s comprehensive portfolio of converged communications products – Internet Protocol (IP) telephony, unified communications, and contact centre products, and support for both legacy technology and new IP-based environments from its enterprise communications specialists.

The Alcatel-Lucent offerings that will be available through Telstra include OmniPCX IP Telephony platform, OmniTouch My Instant Communicator for Unified Communications, OmniTouch Contact Centre and applications.
