ALADDIN TO BUY GLENCO ASSETS

Following its acquisition of Fast Software Security AG last month (CI No 2,900) Tel Aviv, Israel-based Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd’s Aladdin Knowledge Systems Inc is to buy all software security-related assets of Glenco Engineering Inc, North American independent licensee for Fast Software, for about $5m.
