American Industrial Systems (AIS) has introduced a 15inches IP67 NEMA 4 Panel PC designed for military, transportation, and aerospace Applications.
The Military Panel PC features fanless 1.6 Ghz Intel Atom processor and is completely sealed to IP67 / NEMA 6 rated standards for water and dust protection.
Its display is compliant with MIL-STD-810F rating for vibration, shock, and drop for in vehicle applications.
The military embedded computer system display is optically bonded with surface treatments to improve contrast by eliminating mismatched reflective layers and to improve readability in direct sunlight.
A high brightness 800 nit sunlight readable LCD panel combined with an optically bonded touchscreen with anti-moisture treatment is standard.
Specialised weatherproof connectors are used for input output connections, which are all rated to IP67 standards, maintaining the sealing integrity of the system.
