San Francisco-based Pacific Telesis Group Inc spin-out AirTouch Communications Inc has raised its holding of Class A shares in Cellular Communications Inc to 39.9%, buying 140,000 of the shares at $47.56 each; AirTouch now holds some 3.45m of the Class A shares, which works out to an 8.1% stake in the total equity of the company.
