London NW9-based Air Call Communications Ltd’s UKP5m plan to increase its paging network to cover 90% of the UK population and improve coverage in areas such as the South Coast has been completed on time: moreover, with the refyonal roamer facility, users can be contacted in areas outside their home base at a cost of UKP1 per month per region, so that a company with a sales force of five could have national coverage for UKP33.80 per pager per month; finally, for that extra touch, Air Call, owned by BellSouth since April, can offer users the option of having their calls answered by the message paging bureau in their own company name, enhancing corporate identity and reassuring callers that they have contacted the pager they want.
