AGS COMPUTERS, C3: LET’s CALL THE WHOLE THING OFF

AGS Computers Inc, of Mountainside, New Jersey, which announced agreement in principle to acquire US government computer systems specialist C3 Inc, Herndon, Virginia for $15.75 a share or about $157.5m in March (CI No 881) has thought on the old adage marry in haste, repent at leisure, and has terminated the merger talks without giving a reason. C3 shares dropped with a $2.875 bump to bottom at $10 even.
