Morino Associates Inc, Vienna, Virginia, and Business Software Technology (BST), Westborough, Massachusetts, say they have reached agreement in principle to form an alliance allowing Morino’s Information Systems management product line and BST’s Endevor change management product line to be interfaced, as well as a technical advisory group to be established: Morino Associates will pay $1.5 for an undisclosed stake in BST, and Mario Morino, president and chief executive officer of Morino Associates, will join BST’s board of directors.
