AGREEMENT BETWEEN MORGAN STANLEY AND MICRON SHAREHOLDERS TERMINATED

Micron Technology Inc, Boise, Idaho reports that a standstill agreement, effective August 6, 1986, between Morgan Stanley & Co and certain Micron shareholders, which precluded sales of their Micron stock until August 6, 1988 without permission, has been terminated.
