Agilent Technologies Inc, the test and measurement subsidiary spun out from Hewlett-Packard Co (CI No 3,793), has strengthened its position in Eastern Europe by signing a systems integration deal with S&T System Integration and Technology Distribution AG. Vienna, Austria-based S&T, which bought the Slovenian HP distributor and systems integrator Hermes Plus earlier this year, now has exclusive integration rights for Agilent’s medical systems in the Czech Republic. S&T will also add to Agilent’s market presence in Hungary, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria and the Ukraine.
