AGFA-GEVAERT GRAPHICS BIDS FOR COMPUGRAPHIC

The Agfa-Gevaert Graphics Inc subsidiary of Bayer AG’s Agfa-Gevaert unit is bidding $21.50 a share, $30.3m all told, for the 17% of Compugraphic Corp it doesn’t already own: Compugraphic, a major OEM customer of Apple, did $3.4m net on sales of $341m last year.
