Alfred LeGreca, a former ComputerVision personnel vice-president has filed an age-discrimination lawsuit against Prime Computer Inc; LeGreca, 57, claims to be one of several ComputerVision managers over the age of 50, who found themselves pipped to the promotion post by younger employees: instead of being placed in a top personnel job at Prime, LeGreca was assigned a post which included receptionist and clerical duties; Prime refused to comment on ongoing litigation.
