The company added that the xVision suite can be combined with existing item processing operations to enable financial institutions to optimize their electronic payments environment.

According to Advanced Financial Solutions (AFS), interoperability between image exchange networks is set to become an increasingly important factor in the industry’s adoption of check image exchange and Check 21. The xVision suite aims to address this by allowing financial institutions to exchange check images with depository institutions in each Federal Reserve District across the US.

The AFS xVision suite expands the interoperability of check image exchange to handle the exchange standards and record formats from the smallest community banks through the largest CPCS-based national institutions, said Gary Nelson, president of AFS.
