Affiliated Computer Services Inc of Dallas is paying $135m cash for $105m a year fellow facilities management specialist, The Genix Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCN Corp, to create what it says will be the fourth largest US facilities manager, doing over $500m a year from data centers in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Detroit, Dallas, Salt Lake City and Santa Clara.
