Affiliated Computer Services Inc of Dallas has acquired Intelligent Solutions Inc – a Fairfax, Virginia services provider the federal government, with annual revenue of around $28m. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is the second in less than a year for Affiliated, which purchased fellow facilities management company Genix Group, last June for $135m (CI No 2,931).
