Aerodyne Products Corp of North Billerica, Massachusetts has bought the assets, including the name, of Amdex Industrial Computers for an undisclosed amount of cash: Amdex will become a division of Aerodyne Products Corp and John P Fallon, of Amdex will assume the position of vice president of Engineering at Aerodyne Products; Amdex Corp has been manufacturing industrial computers and related peripheral equipment for four years since 1987.
