The Ireland-founded firm will release the SureWare A-Gate AG-1200, which includes load-balancing features that allow up to 16 boxes to be tied together, increasing scalability, making it more suitable for larger deployments.
AEP is using its pricing as a key selling point. For the $25,000 license fee, buyers get two AG-1200 appliances, together supporting up to 1,000 users. The price includes one year of support, and on-site installation and training.
