AEA Technology’s Chief Executive, Peter Watson, said today, This is an important step forward in the implementation of the Strategic Review which we announced at the company’s Interims on 27 November.
The next stage in the disposal process is to seek approval from the nuclear industry regulator, the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate. This is expected to take several months.
AEA Technology’s Nuclear Engineering business employs some 600 people and provides nuclear engineering solutions to a wide range of customers in the UK and overseas.
