Atlanta-based Advanced Telecommunications Corp, which now claims to be the fourth largest publicly-held long distance carrier in the US, has completed acquisition of AmeriCall Systems of Louisville, First Phone of New England, Dedicated Data Services, AmeriCall Dial 0 Services Inc and First Phone Dial 0 Services Inc for $35m cash, its own shares and other considerations.
