Advanced Gravis Computer Technology Ltd and Forte Technologies Inc have signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture to create and introduce new technology and products targeted at the consumer virtual reality market: Advanced Gravis will negotiate to for rights to manufacture and market products licensed from this venture, the first being the VFX1 fully integrated interactive head-mounted virtual reality system with colour three-dimensional stereo display and proprietary three-dimensional head tracker to detect head motion.
