Since integrating Autodesk Design Review software, Advanced Dynamic’s
project teams have accelerated their review and mark up collaboration process while reducing the risk of design and manufacturing errors.
The software enables faster incorporation of feedback and changes, and allows designers and engineers to provide 2D and 3D designs to non-CAD users for review and markup.
Advanced Dynamics began using Autodesk Design Review to conduct design
reviews in early 2005. We’ve found a better way to share designs, collect comments, and make changes. This adds a great deal of value to our design process, says Patrik Chartrand, CAD administrator for Advanced Dynamics.
Reviewers can view and markup 2D and 3D designs using Design Review, while internal reviewers can manage the review process through ‘Autodesk Productstream’. After reviews are submitted, designers import the feedback into their design software as an overlay, accelerating the change process.
