Minnetonka, Minnesota-based Advance Circuits Inc has a letter of intent to acquire Targ-It-Tronics Inc, a Melbourne, Florida-based assembler of flexible circuits for 425,000 new shares; the deal is subject to execution of a definitive agreement and plan of reorganisation but it is expected to close by August 30.
