Roseland, New Jersey based Automatic Data Processing Inc has completed acquisition of the the assets and liabilities of the Business Services Division of BankAmerica Corp, paying about $200m in cash: the giant bureau services company gets the payroll processing and payroll tax filing business of the unit as well as an ongoing marketing relationship; the Business Services Division serves some 17,000 clients, bringing in $125m annual revenues.
