ADP and Kronos sign five-year contract extension

ADP Employer Services, a provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, and Kronos, a human capital management software and services company, have signed a five-year contract extension for ADP to provide time and labor management software and timeclocks from Kronos under the Enterprise eTIME brand.

Through their partnership, ADP and Kronos said that they intend to offer services that enable mid- and large-sized organizations to better control labor costs and optimize their workforce.

Aron Ain, CEO of Kronos, said: Today’s announcement marks the extension of a very successful relationship that began back in 1993. Kronos solutions have been sold to thousands of ADP clients over the years, making it clear that organizations see the benefit of automated time and labor management.

Gary Butler, president and CEO of ADP, said: ADP’s relationship with Kronos continues to prove beneficial for both companies. This solution is a key component of our overall employer services strategy to provide the broadest range of integrated HR, payroll, time and labor management, tax, and benefits administration solutions.

Earlier in October, ADP has introduced leave administration system supported by NexTrak which is expected to help businesses ease their administrative burdens while reducing costs.
