With Adonix X3’s sales, customer service, distribution, manufacturing and service and warranty functionality, the company expects to improve data integrity by eliminating redundancy in manual data entry, streamline customer management and sales-related processes and access timely and accurate information through improved management reporting tools.
According to Deanne Jacobs, project manager for Lee Supply, the company’s existing system incorporated multiple, standalone software systems that lacked automation. Our business has doubled in the last six years, said Ms Jacobs. We outgrew our current solution and felt a need to take advantage of more modern technology.
