ADOBE TO CUT 150 JOBS IN WAKE OF FRAME ACQUISITION

In the wake of completion of its acquisition of Frame Technology Corp for shares worth $460m, Adobe Systems Inc plans to reduce the worldwide staff of the combined company by about 7%, or about 150 employees. The workforce reductions will come primarily in the administrative and sales functions.
