Jim Stephens has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president for sales and customer care, reporting to Adobe President and CEO Bruce Chizen. Prior to his appointment Stephens served as Adobe’s senior vice president, eBusiness development and worldwide customer care.

Stephens joined Adobe in 1990 and has held various senior management positions in sales and marketing before his appointment to vice president of marketing in the printing and systems division at Adobe.
