Adobe is combining its LiveCycle software with Covansys’ systems integration and consulting services. The partnership aims to facilitate the automation of benefits enrollment, extend processes beyond the network to field workers and service providers and comply with privacy and security mandates.

The two companies said their first task is to develop a joint platform for delivering unemployment benefits and services to constituents. The aim is to enable constituents to download intelligent forms and submit them electronically or by paper, in order to speed the claims process.

Adobe said its LiveCycle program allows organizations to more effectively create and share information across the extended enterprise. It transforms static documents into Intelligent Documents that enable people to participate in document-based workflows that integrate with existing systems.
