Adobe Systems has released its eLearning Suite 6, a tightly integrated toolbox for creating professional-grade eLearning and HTML5-based mLearning content.

The new suite enables eLearning professionals, educators and trainers to create interactive eLearning courses with simulations, product demos, digital imaging, animations and audio.

Adobe eLearning Suite 6 is anchored by Captivate 6 and the new Adobe Presenter 8 as well as comes with Flash Professional CS6, Dreamweaver CS6, Photoshop CS6 Extended and Acrobat X Pro.

Adobe Presenter 8 empowers business professionals, trainers and educators to create video presentations right from the desktop, without the need for specialised equipment or training.

It will also help users streamline projects and lower costs of producing and editing videos with a single desktop application.

Presenter 8 includes host of video add-ons, including the ability to highlight select portions of a screen, insert annotations and apply text overlays, making it easy to polish a presentation while the "Adobe Presenter to YouTube" feature allows users to publish a completed project with one click.

Adobe Captivate 6 enhancements improves mobile access and enhances learner engagement while ensuring effortless publishing to SCORM- and AICC-compliant Learning Management Systems (LMSs) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Plateau, Saba and SumTotal.

It can publish content as both SWF and HTML5, enabling learners to begin a course on their desktop, pause and later resume on a mobile device, including iOS and Android based tablets and smartphones.

Users can now create and edit HD-quality demos within the new "capture-as-a-video" workflow, insert videos in a picture-in-picture format and publish projects to YouTube – all within the same UI.

Captivate 6 includes a full library of assets, improved Microsoft PowerPoint integration and enhanced quizzing capabilities.
