Fujitsu Ltd has also announced new versions of the laptop model in its FMR personal computer line, incorporating a 25MHz 80486SX chip and a 9.4 thin-film transistor screen. The FMR-50NL/T is an upgraded version of the FMR-50NL a monochrome model that was released in June this year. The machine is A4 size, weighs 5 lbs 5 oz and comes standard pre-installed with Windows and with two JEIDA/PCMCIA card slots. Fujitsu is hoping to sell 80,000 units over the next two years, for prices starting at $5,030.
