Portland, Oregon-based ADC Kentrox Inc has announced plans in the past week to acquire Skyline Technology Inc – a private California-based supplier of ISDN and Frame Relay access products with routing capabilities. Terms have not yet been released but Skyline will become part of ADC Kentrox, which is part of a ADC Telecommunications Inc.
