ADC KENTROX BUYS ASSETS FROM WASECA TECHNOLOGY

Minneapolis-based ADC Telecommunications Inc’s ADC Kentrox has bought radio frequency technology and other assets from Waseca Technology Inc, a data transmission development company based in Waseca, Minnesota on undisclosed terms; the acquisition provides a core technology for network access and transport for ADC cellular users.
