Haifa, Israel-based IIS Intelligent Information Systems Ltd has completed the acquisition of fellow Israeli communications products company Adanet Communications Ltd from Adacom Group for $2.3m, but decided against going ahead with the proposed acquisition of Adacom France, on which it had an option.
